The Hungerford Bee is the Hungerford School's Mascot.
Our mascot was designed by our former student David L.


Why the bumblebee?
"The bumblebee's wings are so thin and its body so big, it should not be able to fly. The only problem is the bee doesn't know that and he succeeds at all he does."
